Fallen Fence

 

 

As I’m pushed away from youth and hiding,

I enter a place bare to the world,

I use to be safe in a fenced in place,

But my youth has worn out and I’m exposed now.

 

 

My fence has fallen down,

Fallen to the ground,

Who knows what comes now,

When a fence falls down.

 

 

I’m not ready to run, my shoe’s still untied,

I’ll find a place where I can temporarily hide.

I’ll relieve you right now, I’ll be ready somehow.

Cause my fence was knocked down and I’m exposed now.
